    Who has ever used Sunplus chipset (sphe8202)? Can you give me any datasheet. I'm intresting, what is the video DAC there? audio DAC? thanks a lot for any information

    This is the only datasheet available that I can find. I assume the 8202 is part of the Sphe8200 series of ICs. http://www.datasheets.in/download.php?id=511900

    Thanks a lot! It's very usefull. The 8202 chipeset doesn't suuport DiVx, and as I know it has 96K Audio DAC, The 8200A has 192K Audio DAC. So I'm not sure that 8202 has the same Video DAC as 8200A.
    Anyway, thaks for this datasheet

    Ivan Kolomoetz, I say you that the chip SPHE8202 support Divx. I have a dvd player with that chip and I can see a lot of movies. You can use the Divx Test CD 2.0 to probe it. You can download the image of this CD from
