  1. hi wonder if anyone can help, I have Windows Media Audio/Video files that i want to burn to my dvd, but they wont play on the standard dvd player how can i go about to convert them so the do ? thanks alex

  2. I have found TMPGEnc to do the best job of converting any wmv file to mpeg (DVD)

    What about if the wmv file is copyright protected?
    The contact was a free download, but won't let me burn to a disk in wmv format? Is there something available to remove this?

    If you mean it's a streaming file without "save as" option, you're verring dangerously close to violating the AUP, IMHO.
