In order to know what fps a DivX movie has I dropped the file in FFmpegX and it tells me 24.98 fps. See first picture.
Then I converted this file to H.264 with QT pro Movie to MPEG-4, H.264, Baseline, frame rate customized to 24.98 and I obtained a file that I drop in FFmpegX. See second picture.
What 600.00 fps means ?
