Video now xp

I recently got a video now xp for my kids.After 1 day of playing,the screen screwed up on one.Whati mean by screwed up,Well she opens the lid to view it and if she leaves it open just and inch it works fine,but if she opens it all the way it wont work,the screen goes blue you can hear it but not see the video? anyone have any ideas whats wrong?

Could be a partially broken wire to the display. Under warranty?

But maybe a Video Now user has a better guess.
