Ulead DVD Workshop recent proj

When opening Ulead DWS it shows some recent opened projects. How do we delete them? is there a way in the program? I had to delete the folder then click on it prompt then disappear .. this can't be right! 2nd question if you point me to how to put a picture in the background instead of solid color. 3- making a slide show the transition look jerky on dvd but ok on computer review, when I say match to music I can't control the transition time or time displayed to try other settings. Thanks

I'm using 1.3 but it should be the same or quite similar. On the menu creation screen you have a list of resources on the lower left, switch to images. Drag one onto the background. Most things can be accomplished with drag and drop with DVDWS.
