    Anyone use sony dvd+r made in japan from walmart successfully?
    anyone had success on liteon stand alone dvd recorders? like the Liteon 5006?

    Not sure about the DVD recordes, but the Sony 8x DVD+R MIJ are Taiyo Yuden media, code YUDEN000T02 which is probably the best DVD+R media out there. It's doubtful you'll have problems.
