looking for assistance- chicago area

Right . . . don't know if this is acceptable use of Off Topic . . . feel free to make me aware.

I've spent hundreds of hours on this site, the information is invaluable. But I must admit simply tracking down answers is a good part of the total time I've spent here.

I produce an advertising DVD on a monthly basis, and every month I without fail run into some new glitch or problem (every month means a new variety of media submitted for me to edit and output).

I would love to know if any of you are local to Chicago- Naperville would be beyond great - and would be available to assist/teach/help/listen to rants.

Or I don't have to rant. Especially if you can fix the problem

Anyway, this whole thing is a business venture for me- and the hours I spend troubleshooting just aren't worth the money saved anymore. Plus, it's starting to drive me a bit crazy . . . problem after problem after problem . . .

So, anybody local to me? I might want to just pick your brain in person, or I might want to hire you to do this shit for me.
