Auto Gordian Knot did a swell job of converting some VOBs to xvid but it joined the sequentially named files.

I converted 5 VOBs, starting with 5 and AGK converted 5 and then converted 4 but created an AVI joined with 5, then it converted 3 and created an AVI joined with 4 and 5 and so on. Oh bother. Can someone tell me what's happening here? I'd like to join some actually.
