I want to buy DVDs from Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.fr, but I don't know what to do! It seems so complicated...
Can I pay with Visa(in Canada) or do I need a PayPal account??
Are there any hidden taxes and duties???
Could you help me please?

Use a credit card.
Buddha says that, while he may show you the way, only you can truly save yourself, proving once and for all that he's a lazy, fat bastard. -
As mentioned, just use a credit card. But check first to see if UK or France will ship DVDs internationally.

You can find your answers right at the amazon.co.uk site:
Payment Options & VAT
North America Delivery Rates
Customs Information
If you speak French you should be able to find similar info on the French site.
