What program can conver picture jpg,bmp,to mpg??

What program can conver picture jpg,bmp,to mpg,I use it for DVD Authoring,
I use TMPGEnc Plus 2.5,but come out (invalid video source)???

DVDauthorGUI will do it... at least jpg -> mpg (actually m2v).

Do you want an mpeg still or a video made from a string of jpegs?

mpeg still,for DVD backgroung picture whit sound.

TMPGEnc Plus can definitiely do it - I think you might need to up the priority of the BMP/PPM/TGA/JPG File Reader uner Option > Environmental settings > VFAPI plug-in though. Mux a still with your audio and you'll get an MPEG file with just your still frame as video for the lengh of your audio file.

I did ,I make the Environmental settings > VFAPI plug-in though to 1,still not work.I even download the VFAPICodecV105.

Did you try the first suggestion about DVDAuthorGui?

You can also do this with AviSynth and your regular encoder but I think the other will be easier for you.
