    i was just curious if there is anyway whatsoever to convert a flash file to .avi or .mpg

    I havent found a program yet that can do this very well (found swf2avi, but it didnt work properly). Its a shame, cause i dont have any proper movie editing progs, so use flash for my personal intro's to my VCD's.

    The way i have been doing it is with a screen capture tool. (i used one mentioned in the rm to avi converting guides on this site). Its a bit of a pain, but works ok.
