Just to let you know someone on ebay sold the new Microsoft Xbox 360 for 5 thousand dollars. People are charging alot more than the retail price. Thats one hell of a markup

I got to actually play with an XBOX360 this past Saturday.
I never had even the slightest interest in the original XBOX, but I gotta admit that I was quite impressed with the new version.

Last nite on the local news they showed people who had lined up at an area Best Buy starting at 5:00PM last nite just to get an XBOX360 today....

I won't be buying a 360 or a PS3 until the price is under $300.
Nintendo's new machine will lauch at $200 tho...

I heard there was a legit bid earlier for $2500.

For a wealthy person wanting this and perhaps being removed from society (i.e. way up in the mountains), a simple click can bring him the latest without blinking an eye.

They could've bought a PC for that much, and then added a 3D card for games. XBOX 360 will be outdated in a year anyway. That, and it only supports up to HDTV 1920x1080 resoluton. PC is much higher.

I could care less about consoles. Bring on the PC games. (non-ported please)

i saw on one of those news websites where a guy waited at one of the best buys for a xbox360 and after he got it he smashed the thing right in front of the store with a sledge hammer that was crazy

Yeah, but in general the eBay prices are dropping fast.


On saturday it was hard to find a Premium system with no games selling for less than $650 without shipping added yet.


Today it is hard to find Premium system with no games selling for more than $550 including shipping.


The price has dropped over $100 dollars in two days.


It might spike right before christmas though.
