Hello Everyone!
I am planning on doing a 20-30 minute presentation for my mother's birthday. I plan on including hundreds of photos, multiple songs and about 20-25 short DV clips. I usually use Powerpoint to make slideshows, but was looking for a more advanced program with more options to create the presentation (better sound and video control.) Any ideas on programs I can use to put this presentation together and if possible, burn it all onto a DVD when done?
Thanks a bunch!
Michael

If you want to do it so it runs like a powerpoint presentation, use powerpoint, or perhaps flash. With such a collection of multimedia, I would suggest you would be better off putting it all together as a video presentation, and record a voice over. It is the only way you will get complete control over the timing. Both flash, and especially powerpoint (a program I personally detest) will suffer lag and playback issues with such a large presentation.
