  1. Hi when I try to play a DVD on my PC thru Power DVD I get this error message "F4D41436" "TV out port is not working" this dis cannot be played when TV out Function is enable. Well, I HAVE NO TV OUT PORT..I am using my Integrated video card. I DID install an ATI Diamond video with a TV out , months ago..but I removed it a long time ago. Also..I was able to play DVD;s before. Also when I try to play them thru WIN Media10, I get NO picture, just sound. I am Using win xp...athlon 1.1, please help me..victor

    Still sounds as though part of that tv out card is still registered in the system .

    If using xp , you may want to use the system restore , and go back to a point before the other card was installed , this will do 2 things .

    1: power dvd should return to normal , along will other players .

    2:

    The problem with this , is stupid xp will delete all executables to any program that was installed after the restore point was created , rather nasty .

    You may need to reinstall these to fix them up .

  3. I had already uninstalled and reinstalled Power DVD, still same message...also when I try using Nero Showtime and(or) Windows Media Player, you can hear the sound but you CAN'T SEE picture, thanks so far.
