I tried ripping a DVD and then proceeded through DVD2AVI/TMPGEnc and used TSCV to create an SVCD & SeVCD. After realizing the chapters were in the wrong place on the disc, I then found that the chapter indices were incorrect in the SmartRipper file. Does this happen if something isn't set correctly? Are you better off entering these indices manually than trusting this file?
