With most discs i can remove extras&junk with DVDshrink. However, with a disc i have now some of the extras cannot be removed as they are a part of the main movie's file attached to the end.
Is there any program out there that will allow me to easily edit/cut out such parts of a movie file, and still allow to it be reinserted back in with menus and other stuff still working?

VobBlanker, TitlesetBlanker - both free. I do exactly what you're asking with VobBlanker.
DVDRemake and DVDRemake Pro - have to pay, but they are far more powerful.
All of the above are perfect for what you want to do.There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

if you have DVDremake then you should manage
. I haven't used it in a long time and I thought I knew what I could do with it but I didn't know everything
anyway you can blank the full blocks (cells) as that normally does the trick. If the block contains part of what you want to keep and part of what you don't you right clikc and use the cut from feature
I still don't think it's got the 'insert blank DVD into tray for me as I'm too lazy to bend down' feature yet though. Is there any software out there that does this?
