Just got Slysoft - it worked great a few times with Nero. Now I get an error message that the DVD I am copying is too large for the blank disc. I tried using CloneDVD and had the same problem. Here's the thing: the DVD I am copying is only an hour! (no there is no bonus material!!) What gives?

Is it a dual layer disk ?
How big does windows explorer or DVD decrypter say it is ?
One hour of video encoded at the highest alllowable bitrate, combined with LPCM audio, plus menu overheads might push it over size.Read my blog here.

I don't have the discs I was trying to burn anymore, but I can say they were very short and without alot of graphics. No other ideas on what's going on???

Ok - now I've had the same problem with an audio disc that I know is plain old 60 minute CD. Does Nero have a glitch that I might not be aware of. This is happening with CDs and DVDs - I get an error message that says the file is to big to fit on the disc.
