It seems that I am a complete tool in this subjet.
I have the 5 episodes of LOST season 2 as .avi files. The whole foler size is 3,28 GB, but when I try to burn it on Toast 7 it only allows 3 eps. The same with iDVD.
What I am doing wrong? I do not know why the 3,28 GB folder does not fit in one DVD 4,7 GB?
What is the diference between xvid, divx, div3, dx50?
Please help me.
Cheers,
M.

The AVIs have a lower bitrate than typical DVD-Video, thus converting will increase the size. Either leave them as AVI in data disc, or settle for Half D1 resolution for upto 7 eps, or split at 3 eps per disc.
