Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

Well I think its safe to say that any Rocky fan is hoping that we don't get another Rocky V, but if its like I or II, like they say they are going for, then it could be cool. Personally I think the only way they can accomplish that is to build Rocky up and then make him lose in the end like in the original film. Stallone is actually still in incredible shape and could pull off a comeback better than most real boxers could...anybody remember George Foreman's comeback? Compare that to Arnold's return in T4 and his possible return as Conan...he looks like the father from Family Guy now. My grandpa is in better shape than him now.

They REALLY revived the Batman franchise and that had 2 universally hated movies finishing off the series. I think only Rocky V is truly terrible. III and IV are bad but still watchable.

History tells us that those boxers coming out from retirement will hit the deck pretty fast. George Foreman is good example.

Then agian.. it's movie.. anything goes.

  10. Stallone to make another 'Rambo'

LOS ANGELES, California (Hollywood Reporter) -- Sylvester Stallone is attached to star in "Rambo IV," the first film about the one-man killing machine since 1988.

Stallone, 59, recently announced he would revisit another franchise when he begins filming "Rocky Balboa," the sixth film in the 30-year-old boxing series, in December.

"Rambo IV" centers on former Vietnam vet John Rambo, who is living a reclusive life back home in the U.S. But when a girl goes missing, he is forced to abandon his quiet lifestyle and take justice into his own hands.

No director is attached, and the screenplay is in the early stages. The indepedently produced $50 million film is set to begin shooting in the spring in Mexico and the U.S

I suspect Stallone may be running out of money and is pumping his traditional cash cows one last time. First Rocky, now Rambo. But, Stallone is doing a third film that puzzles me a bit. Millennium Films, which will be behind the new Rambo film, will also do a biopic titled "Poe" (on the life of Edgar Allan Poe) with Stallone directing.

Besides Rocky that was probably his best one IMO. Beside some of the"he's a green beret" over dramatizing that was a great movie.

Best Sly scene at least for the First Blood series is after they are electrocuting him, think it's part 2. He's holding the mic and they zoom in on the mic and he's got a death grip on it and you can hear it cracking....

I LOVED the first 4 rocky movies(V sucked though!).

While it pains me to say it:

#1-Sly is just too damned old.He is only a year or so away from 60.
#2-The horrible Rocky V pretty much ruined things and finished the series off in the worst way(made rocky brain damaged,a retired hasbeen, broke, and dumb? Uggghhh!)

Rocky V was a slap in the face to the series and i cannot see a Rocky 6 being worth a shit at all. Unless ofcoarse they do like HighLander 2 and just "forget" part V ever happened and make a REAL sequal to IV,that actually does justice to the franchise and put things to rest properly. Unfortunitly that is about 7-10 years TOO late.

Please Sly,don't make a rocky 6 its hard enough to pretend Rocky 5 never happened and preserve the MAGIC the original 4 movies had. I'd rather him make another Rambo instead, than screw with the rocky story any further.

Ummm didn't george foremen come out of retirement at around 45 and manage to recapture the world title one last time? Thats hardly hitting the deck.

I think i read once that sorta inspired stallone to work on a new rocky.
