My WINTV card drops a lot of frames when capturing from VHS tape at 352x288 with every capture program I have tried.
Capturing at a higher resolution of 384x284 or lower res of 320x240 gives little or no drops.
I capture from 8mm camcorder tape or straight from TV at any resolution up to 384x284 with no drops.
The problem seems to be only from VHS at 352x288 which is the resolution I require for PAL VCD.
I have tried various cables thinking it might be due to a poor signal from my VCR with no luck.
Anyone else had this problem and cured it?
My system spec is :-
AMD Duron 750mhz
663AS Pro M/B with Via KT-133 chipset
384 MB PC133 SDRAM
13GB ATA66 Seagate hard drive
32MB Nvidia graphics card
Windows 98SE
