Has anyone else used the hacked pioneer dvr110d firware (1.22 rpc1 with bittsetting) from the dangerous brothers http://tdb.rpc1.org/ ... i updated to this firmware and my rip speed wouldn't go above 5x .... before the update it would manage 12x + ... also with this hacked firmware installed on the drive you cannot upgrade to the official pioneer 1.37 firmware (nor can you install any other version) .. or at least you can't upgrade without a bit of cheating .. i managed to get the official 1.37 firmware onto the drive and my rip speeds have returned to how they were before i did the 1.22 rpc1 bitsetting update... ie 12x+ .... its a bit annoying as i wanted bitsetting (don't need rpc1) but i'm not prepared to sacrifice rip speed for bitsetting and fitting another rom drive is not currently an option
