I am wondering if anyone out there uses WINAVI DVD copy. Not WINAVI Video Converter. Recently we purchased the dvd copy program but have not been able to find any help for it from the website and emailing them has really not helped as no one has gotten back to us. Please let me know if anyone has used this program.

I've never used it, but is there a general question or problem that you are having?

The problem I am having is when I did a clean install and copied a movie it worked great. I then used the program to copy and burn and now it just produces frisbie after frisbie. Some movies will work on my computer but not on my home player others will not work on either player. My sister also burnt several movies and then nothing. Her problem is she keeps getting video messages to reset her resolution. Everything is the same as it always was and we have reinstalled her video just to make sure all was well. We loved the idea of the simplicity but it would be nice if it was consistant. We both are using LG 4082b burners.

Most of the single program solutions are crap. You could be having software or media problems. First, I would use different software.

I use DVD Decryptor, DVD Shrink, and burn with Nero. I've never had any problems.

    HI
Thanks for the info. I tried DVD shrink last weekend after I made the post and it worked great!! Still frustrating when you pay for something and it doesn't work right.
