    Hi all

I'm no expert when it comes to all this melarkey but I had the same problem as this person here and didn't know where to go to find the 'dnb_xxxx.xml' (stupid I know ) so rather than looking stupid on the forum I sent this Chrissyboy an email. So then I'm waiting and waiting and it took him a whole 3 minutes to answer me (huh!! customer service ).

Anyway he told me the default place it would be (C:\Program Files\BadgerIT\SVCD2DVD v2) and I then found the files and deleted them and hey-presto! it worked...........whay-haay!!!!!!.

I would like to say that Chrissyboy (Chris) is a truely helpful person and must of had this question put him countless of times and now getting sick of it, but he didn't hesitate to help me.

So if you have a problem and you don't know who to call, then you need 'THE A TEAM' (sorry wrong forum ) swap 'the A Team' with 'CHRISSYBOY'

    CHEERS CHRIS

For not only helping me with this problem but in creating and continued support with this program
