How to use Net Transport to capture streaming Movies?

Hi

Is there anyone who can advise or a guide on how to use Net Transport to capture streaming media?
Help is'nt too clear for me.

Start watching the video. Right-click on the video. If a menu pops up with "Properties" as a choice, click that. (If not, I dunno) The last of the properties should be "location" with a long url listed next to it. Copy it to the clipboard. Click "New" in Net Transport and plug that URL in (if it doesn't get pasted in automagically). Then click OK.

If anyone more knowledgable than I wanders in here, please see my "capturing streaming video (with auth?)" post in this same forum. Also Net Transport, but more advanced question.
