    Is there any software that can automatically convert an entire DVD with menus and all, to another format, like from NTSC to PAL?
    If there isn't, making such a program wouldn't be fantastically difficult, would it? If you think about it, all it would have to change was resolution, framerate and audio-sync of all files in a batch.
