    I saw an ad Dell was running on the Canon Elura 80, and was curious to input and thoughts regarding quality/satisfaction of the unit.

    I do not have any experience with the Canon Elura 80 but recently purchased a Panasonic PV-GS250. I used cnet.com and camcorderinfo.com as sources of information and reviews. Another good place to look is consumer reports.
