Hi,
i've got a subtitle file here that seems to be in MicroDVD format. Yet instead of frames in the brackets it contains the seconds, including decimals separated by commas not dots.
Does anybody know about tool that can automatically convert this file either into frames or into some other format that is based on seconds? Subtitle Workshop and the other usual suspects do not seem to offer this option neither knowing this strange format.
Thanks,
Andreas

No, I don't know any tool for it. But you can do it yourself in excel or something similar if you know the framerate of your target video.
