  1. I'm trying to find a guide that will allow me to take this DivX encoded file with multiple streams and multiple subtitles and turn it into an OGM. I don't know any files that will do so Without the file turning out to be more than 46 gigabytes

Is there any kind if guide or something I can do to take all of this stuff and turn it into an OGM? without having a gigantic file taking over my harddrive?

Try having a look at Riverpast Video Cleaner, not sure if it can handle multiple audio tracks and multiple subtitles

You might be struggling for software that will do that automatically, most seem to handle one or possibly two audio tracks with an option of one subtitle tracks ..... never mind multiple ones

You may end up extracting the audio tracks and subtitle tracks, then creating a new OGM file with these tracks merged into it

  3. Yea, tried using VirtualDubMod to create an OGM container, but it made it so friggen huge.

I need something that will convert avi container to ogm container. Then I wanna put the multiple audio streams and subtitle files (audio streams have to be .ogg right? and subtitle files .srt?) into the ogm container so then I can play it correctly.

Anyone have any programs that make these or something of the sort?

be sure to select video->direct stream copy in virtualdubmod...or else will the video be reconverted to uncompressed video.

I'm just wondering if what you really want is a matroska container for your video and audio and subs files.

I mean, OGM is just about Ogg Vorbis audio, while matroska will let you use advanced codecs such as avc and aac, with a better compression ratio.

You don't have to use vorbis audio in ogm. aac, AC3, mp3, etc. are also possible as is AVC video, just that it has to be stored in VfW mode where as mkv supports native AVC. mkv should definatly have less overhead though.

There are plenty of ogm muxer apps other than VDubMod. I can't remember them off hand because I haven't used ogm in ages since it is a dead format.
