    Have a lite on 5005 , I cannot get it to prepare a DVDR for nothing, tryed upgrading firmware,tryed about 10 differant kind of discs + and - ,tryed restoring back to original firmware,will read only certain dvdrs but not prepare them, CDRs work great,it will try and prepare for about 3 minutes and then say invalid disc,getting ready to buy something else, crappy unit only 1 year old.

    boy do i feel stupid it just needed cleaning with a disc cleaner with brushes.
