Also I used nokia multi-media converter the video plays upsidedown and the audio is very staticy. I was wondering if i'm doing something wrong. Some files types are xvid avis. Thanx All.

Have you looked in the 'Tools' to the left? https://www.videohelp.com/tools?s=36#36

Take it one part at a time. For upside down Xvid, Virtualdub can reverse it with filters. Audio, it's probably at very low data rate. You can normalize it to boost up the average level and increase the midrange, even filter out some of the audio frequencies that are beyond the range of your audio output. This can make the most use of your available bandwidth.

Outputting video to a device such a a phone is difficult. You have low resolution and minimal audio resources to work with. Careful encoding and audio filtering and shaping is about the most you can do to get it watchable.
