I only have RJTECH RJ800DVX since June.

    Pros:
Pic is sharper for same DVD/VCD played in Philips 642
Reads more DIVX files than Philip 642
Display Button shows remaing time left in chapter
6 DVDs stalled in others but barely skips in RJ800

    Cons:
Some VCDs load in B/W only
2 DIVX DVDs load in B/W, but play fine in Philip642
LCD blanks out from time to time ( "display" button comes in handy)
some titles from 4 DVDs lose audio
2 DVDs stuttered all the way but play fine in others
    "Non-Smart" Previous playback
Not reading all Verbatim 16X DVD+R burned at 16X

Overall . This is not a perfect DIVX player, I am glad I have Philip 642 as a backup.
