have few questions about XSVCD:
1. what sound streams can be used with xsvcd ? can i use ac3 5.1ch streams on xsvcd?
2. in tmpgenc to create xsvcd what to choose: MPEG-2 Super VideoCD (VBR) or MPEG-2 Program (VBR)?
3. when burning xsvcd with nero do i have to uncheck 'create standard compliant' box (the guide on xvcd says to do so)?
4. is there a guide on how to create xsvcd's using tmpgenc (couldn't find it hence all the questions)?

By definition XSVCD is not a standard -- it's something like SVCD but outside the official spec. You can use whatever you want. The question is whether your SVCD/DVD player will play the resulting video.
