Hello, I have some DVDs that people have made with their standalone recorders. I want to extract the video to standard MPEG-2 and then use it in my own authoring software to add menus, titles, etc.
I have one program that does it, but I have found some discs don't work quite right.....what happens is it converts it back to MPEG-2 correctly(meaning the resulting MPEG plays fine in WMP)....but when I run this same MPEG-2 file in my authoring software...add menus, titles, etc.....the new resulting DVD has timing issues where the audio does not synch with the video....gets progressivly worse as time goes on....
Any ideas for a good program to convert DVDs back to MPEG-2???
