Hey,
I just hooked my DVD player to my tv with a brand new RF modulater... We can see the picture, but its bobbing up and down... Anyone know what is going on? Its an AKAI DHT 300 DVD player... Any help would be great.. Thanks

Vertical sync problem. Try tuning the TV or if the unit has different output channels, try them. If that doesn't help, try it on a different TV to see if the modulator is at fault. The problem these days are most TVs are electronically tuned. If the TV doesn't like the signal the modulator is putting out, it just won't work properly. Older TVs were much more tolerant.

Umm, well gave up on the surround sound DVD player and went with my old Circuity City RCA DIVX Player... It worked just fine... My guess is that the Surround Sound DVD player was too much for the Modulator... Cause I got picture and sound... The picture was just messed up like it would be if I hooked it through the VCR... Macrovision I think its called...
