Error, Error, Error...

Hi,

SVCD2DVD ver 1.51.20
WinXP Proffesional
.net ver 1.1 plus Hotfix KB88693

Hopefully someone can explain the meaning of this error http://img400.imageshack.us/my.php?image=svcd2dvderror7mn.jpg I saw this upon installing the above version of svcd2dvd.

Problem number 2 is that I have tried to convert 2 mpg files to a dvd capable title set. However, svcd2dvd started its run, then ceased almost immediately. I have the following named .txt file in the folder into which I tried to perform the conversion "svcd2dvdlog-20050902171852.txt" it contains the following information:

Can anyone explain the reasons for these errors and a possible solution?

I think the issue (number 2 that is) is that you have a "@" in the path name. Can you move to a location which doesn't contain that character and try again? If you get the same can you post the log again?

I did just that, left the movie files in a folder just called "4" and received the following error report:

Edit: FWIW I just changed the folder name again to "converting" and it didn't make an iota's worth of difference.

Any ideas?

Well in the short term i would recommend using v2, if only to produce the dvd mpeg. Otherwise you can send me a sample using http://www.svcd2dvd.com/releases/MakeSample.zip
