  1. Hi
i have a Mpeg file on my PC of 565mb, when i add to to VCDeasy software its size increases to 667mb. why? Where as in nero or ulead if i add the file size remains the same. The mpeg file has overlay titles.
can anyone help me how to keep the size same as show by orginal file.
    thanks

It's probably multiplexed as system stream - VCD mpg requires a special kind of multiplexing. You can easily remultiplex with TMPGEnc (MPEG Tools) before dumping the mpg to VCDEasy.

If autopadding is not required, VCDEasy creates a cue/bin just about 10 MB larger than the original mpeg, not 90 MB larger.

But I thought VCDEasy doesn't do autopadding...
