    I need to import an .avi file into IMovie. I used ffmpegX, version t to convert the file to .mov. However all I get is audio, and when I play in QT7pro it says that I am missing a plugin, but all it does is bring me to a web page and not tell me which plugin I need.

    Can someone please help.....

    Try to install the www.divx.com codec.

    Went to the DivX website, version 5.2.1 does not support Tiger or QT7..... any other ideas???

    Download the latest beta (note: you don't need the converter, only the DivX Fusion codec).

    I will give that a try, besides DivX are there any other CODEC that I should install...
