Ok I saw that megatoners had some pretty decent replacement carts for the R200 printer from posts around here. I heard a few things about their service that werent that good but most people didn't seem to have any issues with them.

Ok so I started off ordering a full set to replace my JWLSales piece of crap CIS. I get them within a few days, less then I expected and was pretty pumped about it. I come to find that instead of sending me one of each color they sent me two LM (Light Magenta) instead of a Light Magenta and a Magenta. I email them telling them this and ask what I can do about it and get no response.

So I say the hell with it, and I make an order for a repalcement set of carts for my i950 as well along with another Magenta cart since they charge a minimum of 4.95 shipping anyway (even though it does say on the package 1.90 shipping but whatever thats cool).

Well I got the carts a few days ago, I got all the i950 carts thankfully but what do I find? THey sent me a god damn black cart instead of a magenta for my r200. For christ sake, now what do I do? What does it take to get a magenta ink cartridge from these people? I have 7 carts for my r200 now and am not expecting any help from megatoners to help me get a magenta cart. THis sucks, and I guess I'll have to research where I buy my ink a little more from now on since I've spent about 130 dollars on different types of ink/ink systems for my r200 and all has failed so far.

Hum, funny but I've had nothing but inpecable service. Always have ordered the minimum to get free shipping and have had my order at my door with two days complete and correct. As for the CIS mentioned, it is kicking ass and taking no names! Sounds like you are plagued with bad luck all around.
