    I have some aviīs that i watch very well on my pc,i see the subtitles well,but the problem is that when i try to convert to DVD using Nero the subtutles do not show up....This only happens in some movies,I donīt now why??? Can some one explain me why does this happens or anything i can do??

    One more thing i now that Nero has the possibilite of join the 2 aviīs during the convertation,but my is not selectable,do i have to get anythingh more for my nero or this is not availabel at all.

    what kind of subs? an avi with .srt subs? have you installed vsfilter?

    Well, don't use Nero for AVI to DVD converisions. It has never, and will never be, the best (or even the 100th best) way, one source AVi or more...

    Yes SRT. ,i have ffdshow i thing is the same???

    do you see the subs when you play the avi with media player?

    or use something else than nerovision express like diko,thefilmmachine,avi2dvd,dvdsanta,winavi and you can add the srt subs.

    Yes i normaly use Bsplayer,never tried media player,
    Wich of this ones is themost simple(join aviīs and subtitles) i donīt want to do anything else,just simple DVD.

    I think BSPlayer might have built in subtitle support.

    BSPlayer does have built in subtitle support. It will display subtitle which is in a same folder as a movie.

    you say that you want a simple DVD with subtitles using NeroVision Express and that you do have ffdshow. OK, use this guide to enable subtitles in ffdshow:

    Note that your movie and your subtitle must have the same name.
    You can play with ffdshow subtitle settings to change the font, color and position.
    Now you should be able to convert your avi's with NVE with permanent subtitles.
