    First is this v.2.66 of MTR?
    if so, then just insert the dvd into the mac,
    launch MTR, and then after it scans,
    force select "FULL DISC EXTRACTION--ArCCos"
    and that will pad the ripped output.

    If DVD2ONEX is telling you that, Geezer Buttz is going to tell you the same thing I'm about to say: Upgrade DVD2ONEX to version 1.42.

    DVD2ONEX v1.41 use to say that all the time..v1.42 is the
    first version that is ArCCos aware...
