I just thought id post this about video vault. I use this sight a lot, AWESOME RESOURCE for anything DVD related & very helpful members!!!! So I try to post good info when ever possible! But anyway I have tried just about every program out there, I narrowed it down to two programs. I was using dvd decpryt & 1 click dvd to burn my movies. Yesterday I started using Video Vault and I'd have to say, so far the program is awesome!! Burnt 4 movies yesterday with no problems, 100% perfect! It burns dvd to dvd, whole dvd or just main movie, copies burnt dvd's, dvd to HD & HD back to dvd. Also has dual layer abilty. Also will convert mpeg's, divx's and avi's to dvd. Also burns straight off of your movie from any video play back to DVD. Has a very helpful help page also! It also will compress a movie says u can put 160 movies on a 80 gig hard drive! Thats a lot!! It takes 1 to 2 hours to copy a dvd, depending on what u do and the length of the movie. But I have also found in the last years with plenty of coasters!! That everyones computer, dvd burner is different, and also the blank dvd media of your choice, all 3 play a part in a perfect dvd copy! But if your like I am most of the time, u like using the free & cheaper software, but just thought Id post the info if your interested!! KEEP BURNING!!!!

The only Video Vault software I could find on Google was this one for $120, which easily makes it the most expensive backup/conversion software I've ever seen. Is this what you're talking about?
160 movies on a 80 gig hard drive??? Hmmm...I guess you could if it was like in 1/4 VCD resolution or something, but why would you want to do such a thing? -
http://www.dvd-x-software.ca/Video-Vault.html,
Thats the link and yes its $120.00 and it also comes with dvdxplatnium. As I said before I was merely putting the info out,
And to your comment, (I guess you could if it was like in 1/4 VCD resolution or something, but why would you want to do such a thing?)
The software does a lot of things that it would usually take 4 to 5 programs to do. I am not pushing it, dont care if u buy it or not. Like I said there are others in this forum that do other things beside just transfering dvd to dvd, that might think it would be very useful if you need to convert DIVX, MPEG2, WMV, MP3, WMA, AVI. And actually it converts it to divx not vcd on the shrinking of it. In which it would be useful for a psp or something to that plays videos or dvds that needs a smaller size format. P.S. it also converts pal to ntsc or ntsc to pal.
