Hi,
Has anyone run into the following problem?
When I import SVCD (3:2 pulldown) video into DVD Workshop 2 and author DVD folders, the playback of the video has double the framerate when using PowerDVD, Nero Showtime and WMP.
It does this with TMPEG Express encoded files that are set with 3:2 Pulldown 23.976 fps, 29.97 internally or with 24 fps progressive as the setting either as SVCD or DVD files.
My version of TMPEG Express is 3.1.5.2 and Ulead DVD Workshop version is 2.231.
EDIT: Actually looking at the Tools section and reading the comments on DVD Workshop it appears it doesn't support the input of film (progressive) sources. Wow, that's pathetic. I was pretty high on this software but if it can't handle progressive sources that's unbelievable. TDA supports it so Ulead should have no problem supporting it. Grrr!
