    Hi,
just got a brand new LVW-5006 dvd recorder and recorded 2 hours of music clips for the girls (8 and 11).
Naturally I want to edit out the ads and the ugly clips.
    1. On the first dvd+rw, I can play the clips with Power dvd, but TMPGenc DVD author does not see a movie title. Here is the content of the DVD+rw:

Any ideas why TMPGenc wont see the movie title?

    2. I need help setting chapters in TMPGenc dvd author in edit mode.
On my second dvd+rw, I had no problem reading in the movie.
I cut out the bad parts and ended up with about two dozen muic clips.
Being a little dense(due to the excess beer certainly!), I cant figure out how to put in chapter marks at the beginning of each music clip.

Can someone show me how to do this?

    Many thanks and regards

    felix,
1 question and a possible suggestion.
In TDA you did open the file as a DVD and not as a regular file?
If that fails you could try copying the VOB files to your HDD and then open them with TDA (i.e., the files in the VIDEO_TS folder)

IF you can get it into TDA, you can put chaper marks just about anywhere you like as well as edit out the stuff you don't want.
    Ed.
