    Sorry if this question has been asked before. I appreciate all responses THANK YOU in advance.
    I'm trying to upgrade my Lite On LVW-5006. I've downloaded and unzipped the upgrade file from Lite On website and burned it to CD(-R) using Nero and Roxio. When I insert the burned cd into the unit there is no prompt for update. The display on the recorded says FILE and the OSM reads data disc and the "stop" icon to the top right of the screen.
    I've tried different brands of cds, different burning software and have download and unzipped the upgrade file several times. NO LUCK.
    Does anyone have a solution?
