    more exact, it´s a Sony Ericson 750i I need a program to convert videofiles for. I´ve tried 3gp converter but I´ve had no succsess, yet! Is there other good programs or should it work with 3gp converter?

    You could try Nero recode. Pretty easy to use. Just be sure not to use qpel or GMC. bframes as I understand it are ok. Otherwise you could try something like MeGUI to encode using XviD or libavcodec.
