sizeproblem going from dvd2vcd

When I convert a 16/9 DVD to vcd I have a little screensize problem

I use DVDx and TMPEnc. and go in 1 pass.
The thing is, my destination-vcd has a slightly smaller screensize (in the height) then the original DVD.
Any help pleez?

in the source aspect ratio, did you put 16:9 525 line NTSC?

also, make sure you select fit to frame (preserve aspect ratio)...or i believe the new one is like full screen (preserve aspect ratio)
