How are they comparable inprocessing speed? AMD doesn't say a speed like intel says 3.0ghz?
And now there is the IntelŪ PentiumŪ D processor 830. how fast is that? I have also heard that it may have built in DRM? Is that true?

In most benchmark tests, the Athlon64 has been the clear winner.
Intel tried to deny that DRM was being used in their processors, but they were just covering their butts.
Intel is also in legal trouble and got raided about a week and a half ago. They are being sued by AMD and AMD has found proof that Intel has been running code that will either crash or run slower on systems that have AMD processors.
