    is there a type of website like yousendit.com or rapidshare.de but that lets you have unlimeted dowloads and more importantly that lets you upload an unlimited size file you want? for instance say i want to put a 100mb file up but rapidshare.de only allows up to 50mb, and yousendit.com is unlimted upload size but their links don't last long.

    Host it yourself... Either Apache or IIS and you can use one of many dynamic ip names (www.cjb.net has worked well for me in the past) - or get your own domain name (pretty cheap now) and use something like www.everydns.net.
