converting wmv to dvd format

have a bunch of wmv clips that i want to convert to a dvd format for my dvd player at home

what freeware is out there that will accomplish this in one step

If by one step you men a single piece of software that will create a DVD playable in standalone the answer is none, at least that I'm aware of. You can accoplish this through multiple freeware programs.... check out some of the guides to the left.

There are pay-for applications avaialble that will accomplish this to some degree, it isn't one step but can be nearly that. Under the tolls section look under all-in-ones.
