    Yeah ok, my subject Title sounded dorky, thats how frustrated I am about this...sorry bit psychotic right now...

    ok..hhhh...problem:

    Encore motion menu option:

    works well when I add an audio to the menu,
    BUT...gives me an error when i add and preview a video on menu. error reads:

    unknown error
    (OS Error -2147024809)

    PS: I'm talking about the motion menu video and audio..not the actual movie asset on timeline.

    any idea whats with that error and how to solve it?

    Things I have tried already:

    1- updating Matrox g550 graphic card
    2- turned OFF WYSIWYG option for Matrox RTX100

    Try creative NEW project for test.
    Add from Encore Library STANDARD menu.
    Add to menu motion video.
    Same problem?
